This crime film from 1985 boasts many good things about it but it doesn't quite reach the hights to which it aspires. Sean Penn is the boy who having left school is thrown out of his home by his stepfather, he then becomes acquainted with his long lost father played to great effect by Christopher Walken in one of his best roles. The trouble is that Walken is the head of criminal family who specialise in stealing tractors and the like and Penn is soon drawn into his father's murky world. What Penn does not realise is that his father coulndn't care less about him and would even go as far as killing him to save his own skin. After Penn and his gang ...
