Before I begin this op. I have to say I LOVE this film. I don’t know if it’s just because I’m a hopeless romantic at heart or just because Christian Slater is cute in this film. This is a, box of choccies romantic film, which has a feel good factor of about 99%, defiantly for the born and practising romantics among us. It centres around: Lisa portrayed well by Mary Stuart masterson. She a workaholic investment banker, who never had an easy life, unloved since birth, abandoned, alcoholic stepfather, dead stepmother, no idea when her own birthday is, therefore never letting the chance of love get close.
