I discovered Callanetics about ten years ago, bought the video, put it away & forgot about it. Seven years ago I found it again, started using it as my only method of keeping fit......& I have'nt looked back. Callanetics is a very good all round muscle toning exercise video. The whole concept of Callanetics is that all movements are small and deep, but with plenty of repetitions to really work the muscle groups. Personally I found that I had to follow the video for at least 6 times before I could even begin to keep up with the instructor. They keep saying take things at your own pace, and this is of course true, but if you're anything like me you really like to keep up with the instructor. After 4 weeks of doing this tape 3 times a week I found I could definitely stretch and move more freely - exercises I thought "I can't do that" about ...
