Among the stars appearing in this 1992 Hong Kong action flick are Jackie Chan and Richard Norton ? two high profile actors that even they could not gain this very impressive movie the wide-spread recognition it craved and deserved. Well appreciated in Hong Kong, for some reason this film never really hit the heights in the US and UK like it should.
