Well I don't really. I would love to think that by just doing this video I would look as georgoeus as Claudia Schiffer but I think it would take a lot more work than this video. Perhaps if I tried her lower body workout as well..... I am however, pleased with this video. It has three sections of exercises. A warm-up, abdominal exercises and arm exercises. The warm-up is just a combination of stretches. The abdominal exercises are a selection of different types of sit-ups. The arm exercises are done with weights. After teasing the neighbours and my hubby with my pelvic tilts and sports bra-less workouts before I decided it was time to get them all worked up as I worked out again. Now I've done my pelvic tilts with Claudia and I'm slowly (emphasis on slowly) getting legs like hers but now I want more, I want a stomach you could eat your dinner off of... • The mission...
