I love this film. I don't know why but I've always had a soft spot for it. The plot is paper thin. Boy meets girl, girl wants to defect, boy helps girl escape. That's basically it but it's because the situations of the film are so outlandish it's great. It centres on Woody (Michael Crawford) a comic book writer who always tries out stunts for his comic book characters. His reasoning being that kids know when you're faking it. His big chance of actual doing something worthwhile, is when his friend Harry asks him to take papers to Istanbul. A really comical and great fight scene occurs at Istanbul.
