The only problem I have is that a lot has been cut from the film to maintain a PG rating. Overwise, it's an excellent sequel.

Conquest Of The Planet Of The Apes is in my opinion the best of the sequels and it has a lot of stylish sets and violence. Cornelius and Zira's chimp son has now grown up and he leads his fellow monkeys to a violent revolt, which leaves the humans panicking. The futuristic world created by director J. Lee Thompson is superb (even though it is set in the near future of 1991!) and Roddy McDowall and Ricardo Montalban are excellent.
