Cube is a relatively unknown science fiction film that has gradually developed a cult following since its cinematic release. Made on a relatively low budget, with no big names in the director’s chair, or in the cast, Cube is an intriguing film that absorbs the viewer from start to finish – well almost, anyway. After watching this film for the first time I didn't think it was that great. However, the more I thought about it afterwards I realised that it was actually a good film and the several times I have watched it afterwards I have really enjoyed it. The basic idea behind the film is quite interesting, several people of different professions end up in a cube shaped room. There is a doctor, a secondary school girl, an office person and a thief.
