I heard about this film from a friend. He told me it was extremely funny, in a cruel sort of way. After watching it, I found this is indeed very funny. Apparently, this film got under a lot of people's skin. Perhaps this film, written and directed by Neil LaBute, about two corporate cowboys who romantically set up a young deaf woman just to cruelly reject her hits too close to home.
