The Jewel Of The Nile (DVD)

Jewel In The Nile is an excellent accompanyment to Romancing The Stone. By thie start of the film Douglas and Turner are together on the boat they purchased with the stone from the earlier film. When Turner and Douglas then break up, its up to Douglas to rescue her from the hands of a evil Egyptian warlord. You can tell that a lot more money was spent on this film and theres more action and more explosions to boot. There weren't any real boring parts either, and film zipped along at an exciting pace. Jewel of the Nile carries on the adventures of Jack Colton and Joan Wilder, lovers thrown together by fate in "Romancing the Stone" as they tried to rescue Joan’s sister from an evil dude in Columbia.
