When 'Disney films' are mentioned, a mental image of an animated feature length cartoon involving the trials and tribulations of either a beautiful lady or a cuddly animal spring to mind. 'The Kid' is not of this variety and has not an animated character or computer created beast in sight. (Although Bruce Willis' hair may have been added on to the footage - who knows!) The Kid - At 39 years old Russel Duritz has a life that most men would envy - he has a great job, is respected (and feared), has a beautiful house and makes buckets of money. But everything comes at a cost, in this case no social life, no conscience and a fear of spending the rest of his life alone. He just needs someone to show him the way. Disney's new-ish movie, The Kid, starring Bruce Willis and a kid. It is another Bruce-with-a-kid movie after "The Sixth Sense" but the difference is there are no dead people walking in the movie. Actually I did not expect much before seeing this movie. The main reason I watched this movie perhaps only because of Bruce, he is one of my interest actors.
