Advantages: Cheaper than the deluxe console

I bought this console almost two months ago (my bad as they have dropped in value now) however i have no complaints as i have had two months of gaming fun on it. I was never a fan of gaming which is why i left it so late to buy the XBOX 360, and it is also the reason i bought the arcade version.

The arcade version comes with 5123mb of memory which may sound small but you can easily save several games progress on there at any given time, so my question is why do you need all that memory? Well if you want to use XBOX LIVE or store music and other stuff onto the consolde then that is another matter. But to me the name 'ARCADE' sums up what this model is all about. Simple plug and play gaming, i don't use this as a multimedia tool but just as a games console. And it functions as a games console very well. The gameplay and graphics are excellent, i'm no computer wizz as i earlier confessed but you can loose track of time on here...and from what i've seen its very comparable to the PS3 and at what half the price? For me it's a no brainer, if you want to have simple fun and do not care about all the trimmings then the arcade version is for you...but don't fear as you can always buy a memory card with a larger capacity if you do need one and it works out totaling the same cost. So it's a no risk venture.

Summary: Perfect for the part time gamer
