Advantages: Nice Finnish, Matte Black

Disadvantages: Expensive

Having owned one of these for about a month now, first impressions are very good. As we all know the xbox has a vast number of games out for it allready which puts it above the PS3 there, especially with exclusive titles such as the Halo series. Microsoft have done a pretty good job on this console, the matt black finnish looks great compared to the white premium, even minor details like the silver trim on the all black 120gb HDD drive makes it looks so much better compared to its predecessor the premium with a grey with plastic trim HDD. I feel that the xbox 360 elite is well worth the upgrade for anyone looking to buy a 360 for the first time, however if you already own one of the previous models then its not really worth it. HDMI is nice to have but its not necessary. Overall the console is very nice and i think microsoft have done a sweet job on it
