Advantages: 120GB HDD, Black, HDMI

Disadvantages: None unless you don't like the colour

The Xbox 360 Elite system is definitely a more advanced and an improved system from the premium. This is because firstly, the memory has been increased hugely. The hard drive is now 120GB instead of 20GB, which is very convenient, especially if you use Xbox Live a lot, like myself.

The next improvement I found was the HDMI port. This meant I could now hook my 360 up to my HD TV via an HDMI cable. This is just one cable and produces better quality than component.

Also, with the Elite you can have both HDMI and the component cables (for your surround sound) in at once. I couldn't do this with my Premium because they were too big to fit in at the same time (thanks Microsoft!).

Lastly, the Elite is black, not white. I myself prefer the black, especially the controllers. All black accessories have now been made as well to match the Elite.

Summary: A fantastic console
