Advantages: Easy install, better play back

Disadvantages: very pricey

Xbox 360 elite is the black version of the xbox 360 premium just with a lot more gadgets!

For example, the hardware in the xbox 360 elite is basically just the same as as xbox 360 premium apart from the Elite has a HDMI port and is black. All of the hardware on the xbox 350 elite is a HDMI port, an AV connector, a single USB port and an Ethernet jack.

The xbox 360 hardrive is much better than before because it is now detachable! The hardrive capacity has now been pushed up from 20GB to 120GB!

It is now much easier to play HD movies because the xbox 360 elite now recognizes the drive and you can play the movie straight away!

The xbox 360 Elite also has full 1080p support which will give you the best playback when playing games and when watching movies!

All in all the console may be pricey but it is worth it if you want to use your xbox for movies and need a lot of space to download map packs etc

Summary: Excellent console if you can afford it!
