I love my xBox. During a stressful day, full of work and being aggravated etc. one of the few things I can look forward to once its over is the fact that I'll be able to go online when I get home, and shoot things.

The PS3 vs. xBox 360 debate has been going on for too long. So let me finish it - the PS3 is for visually-pleased gamers and die-hard gamers. The 360 is just plain fun. It's got awesome games, the graphics are still pretty intense (even if they ain't BluRay) and the online experience is fantastic (and worth the money.)

Sure, they aren't the most reliable of consoles (every owner anticipates the Three Red Rings of Death with fear) but the technical problems that may arise after many hours of gaming are overcome easily, and all the time that you're unable to play on the glorious machine, it only makes when you are finally able to get back on it a more wholesome experience.

The xBox marketplace is arife with indi-movies to rent, arcade games to download (I got Doom the other day- now my life is complete) demos, movies, trailers, interviews, news etc. etc. which makes the xBox fun even when you're not blowing stuff up on it.

It's array of games is intimidating and astounding, and there's always something for everyone. It's affordable,almost half the price of its competitor, and it delivers the one thing we expect from a console (and more) and that is, to play good games on it.

The downside: not incredibly reliable and you have to pay for online gaming - but it's so worth it.

Summary: Buy it
