Advantages: Great graphics, controller, Gears of War

Disadvantages: Reliability

The Xbox 360 holds top spot for me as far as consoles are concerned for two main reasons: the controller and Gears of War. Both are unique to the Microsoft platform and in my opinion offer two great things the other consoles don't.

The controller itself is one of the most ergonomic controllers of any console, it fits the hand perfectly and the triggers are a fantastic addition. All this is coming from someone who loved the PS2 so they must have done something right!

The game choice is relatively similar across all platforms but they each have their own unique games and Gears of War is too good a title to miss out on.

The graphical capabilities of the Xbox 360 are more than adequate for my gaming experience, yes they could be better but they are pretty dam good! The Xbox Live online multiplayer system is a great gaming world at your finger tips and really does increase the playing life of your games, rather than completing the campaign and that's it, you fire it up online and keep on playing!

The only issue with these machines is their reliability, I'm on my 3rd console in 1 and a half years... All have appeared with the dreaded ring of fire! At least I got them all on warranty!
