Usually, I tend to try and avoid anything Microsoft has something to do with, aas much as possible. My Fiance' came home with an Xbox and I have to hold my hands up and admit, it has changed my opinion.

When you compare it to the PS3, its a lot better value for money. Yes, theres the arguement that the online gaming for the Playstation is free, but it works out pretty much pointless because most people are gaming online with the Xbox!

You have the option to upgrade your Xbox to have a DVD drive to make it the ultimate machine. Its definately worth it!

There are several packages of the Xbox available; The Arcade - The basic package sold without a hard drive, The premium package - contains the controller, head set as well as a 20gb hard drive, The Elite - As the Premium, but comes with a larger hard drive, and in the exculsive black colour. This list is soon to have the new Xbox Slimline - release date to be confirmed.

Xbox are also due to release the Xbox Kinect - which is said to revoultionise the gaming experience - no need for controllers!!
