After constant pestering from my brother saying I should buy one, I gave in and purchased the Xbox 360- Arcade.

The Xbox 360, offers a wide choice of games from different genres, ranging from the shoot-em-up games, to the old fashioned Sega games like Sonic, so it can be used by a wide range of people.

I find the console easy to use, and have even let my nan have a play- granted she needed a quick lesson on what a controller was, but it worked in the end!!

One of my issues with the actual console is the noise. The console sounds like a tractor riding right past your house when its turned on and you have to turn the volume on your TV up to mask it out- Im sure with all the technology they have, they could have made it quieter!

Another issue I have with the Xbox 360 is that all the extras are so costly. You have to buy a wireless adaptor to go on Xbox live and then purchase an Xbox Live subscription. Could this not be put into one??

The quality of gaming experience is good however the noise of the console and cost of extras can let it down . Hope the new Xbox will have combatted some of these issues when it comes out.
