The Mircrosoft Xbox 360 is most definitely the greatest console on the market. It beats the Playstation and the Wii hands down in almost every single aspect. Everything from the looks to its performance makes it stand out as the must-have gadget in everybody's house.

The graphics engine on the Xbos far surpasses those of the Playstation and much more so, the Wii. The Xbox renders its games in Full HD and the quality of the picture is stunning if your TV allows good enough quality. When you switch over to play the Wii, you feel like you're playing a console from a different era. The control gamepad is considerably better than that of the PlayStation as the design is intuitive, easy to hold and feels good in the hands.

In terms of its downsides, there are a couple. Firstly, you have to purchase the HDMI cable separately from the console as it is not included in the package. Secondly, a lot of the earlier models have suffered from the red ring of death. Microsoft have tried to correct this by offering free recalls, but it has still left a mark on the brand's reputation in reliability.
