I'm writing this review not as a person who plays it but as a mother who son has a addiction to it.
We brought our 6 yr old son a DS lite in the school holidays and because apparently its the "in" thing.
We payed £124.99 for it in asda's with one game, which it expensive compared to so deals they have.
The console itself is lite to hold which is handy as where ever we go it is tucked away in my handbag.
It has a little pen that is used for games, its also easy to lose as I have been on the hunt for them more than once.
They come in different colours red blue green pink black white, There might be others but we chose the green as it was that or pink!.
My son says its really good and exciting and nice to play with.
We also find it has however made him a little pain in the bum especially if he is not allowed on it.
To make it work for us its a reward and if he is naughty the threat of losing it is enough to make him tow the line.
