Advantages: handheld, lots of games

Disadvantages: shortish battery life

The Nintendo DS Lite is my 2nd favorite console by Nintendo.
It is small and portable so is idea to take it with you to work to play in you lunch break etc. Its a light console so isn't much bother when it comes to carrying it.
The Nintendo ds has a huge variety of games, anything from roleplaying to platform to war games.
If you have a wireless connection you can play games with your friend with out leaving you homes which is grate fun.
There are many different colours which the Nintendo DS comes in, i have a green and a white one.
The Nintendo DS isn't just for gaming, it has fetchers including an alarm clock and a calendar.
You can also play game boy advance games on it so there is no need for your gameboy if you have a DS,
in my opinion this console is subtile for people of all ages.

Summary: worth buying
