Advantages: Super Games
Disadvantages: Games Tend To Be More Expensive Than Competitors
To be honest although I am a Nintendo fan by heart, I would recommend this games console to any and all people. I think that despite the kiddy image the N64 boasts a superb range of very good games right across the board. Despite the release of the Playstation 2, which might just break the bank at £299.99, the N64 has superb graphics and many games, which all gaming fans agree, are classics from the word go. If you think Goldeneye is too old then Perfect Dark is the game for you, there are an abundance of wrestling games, with super ones like WWF No Mercy and Wrestlemania 2000. But for the family there are games like Banjo-Kazooie, a cute platformer with an easy to get to grips with fairytale story line. Just mentioning a number of these games will no doubt have you excited, by there is a lot more to the N64 that meets the eye, this console REVOLUTIONISED multiplayer gaming and is one of the best consoles to date. It was the first major console to boast 4 controller ports, something the newest Playstation doesn't even have! There are great games coming out in the next two weeks and more to come in the future! Dinosaur Planet is one or the most graphically sound games ever to grace a 64-Bit console, the cartridge is packed with full voice patterns and superb landscapes. The sequel to the fairytale hit Banjo-Kazooie called Banjo-Tooie is out over here in the UK in less than 1 month and Conker's Bad Fur Day, a rather crude, adult humor game will be out around April time. But this just goes to show that the N64, which can be bought for under £80 with controllers and leads and in many cases games, can provide fun, and excitement for ALL the family.
