Advantages: Good console, in it's time

Disadvantages: No internet connection

The N64 was the best console around when it came out, with better graphics than the playstation and mainly better games, with Goldeneye and Zelda showing this fact. However, now, as the speed of PC's is rapidly increasing, so is the quality of games being created for them. The N64 cannot be upgraded like a PC can, so it is losing out. With games such as Half-life and Unreal Tournament, goldeneye for instance is second rate. There is also one other thing that puts the N64 at a severe disadvantage, the internet. With so many people playing games over the internet, the N64 is simply not good enough as it cannot do the same.
A good system, but rapidly getting out of date.
