Advantages: the best selling console

Disadvantages: Not enough memory,

I have owned a Ninetndo Wii for Just over one year now and i think it is one of the best gaming Machines out there for Interactivity and Fun. The only downside about the wii is the low graphics and low built in memory.

the wii Retails for around £179.99

Memory

The Wii has a Built in 512MB Memory which is no where near enough for the Wii Downloads and wii Ware. I Think Ninetendo should start work on a external harddrive where you can store your downloaded games, saved Games etc. i think the External harddrive should be around 10GB as this will be more than enough but 512MB is not enough for a games console on todays market

Graphics

The Graphics on the WII are Great for some games and not so great for some, I think nintendo should of made the graphics a little more powefull but Overall for most of the games the graphics are suitable.

Games

Over the last Year so many games have been released on the wii as well as many new add-ons such as the Wii Whell, Wii Zapper and wii Balance Board. All of theses new add-ons have improved the wii so much in its first 18 months.

Online Play

The wii uses a Wi-Fi wireless connection which is very stable and more games are being lauched that are online play such as MOH Heros 2, mario kart wii etc

Wii Downloadable software

The wii has so amy extra software downloads such as

Internet Channel - Browse the internet on your wii
Wii Shop Channel - Shop for Downlable titles such as Wii Ware, and Virtual Console

Everyone Votes - The everyboby votes channel is a channel where you vote

The Ninetendo Channel - the latest Channel added on to the wii, see Videos and reviews of the latest Ninetndo software for the wii and DS

Virtual Console

What makes this console so unquie is the Virtual Console you can play sega, N64 etc games on your wii. A trip back in time. each game costs around £4.00 - £10.00

Other Stuff

The wii uses Bluetooth Technogy for it wii remote and uses a ATI hollywood CPU which is around 233Mhz. The console is not the most powefull unlike the PS3 and Xbox 360 which focus on Graphics and you hear Sony makinng Comments about the wii. Well Ninetndo say "at least we are selling the worlds fastest selling Consoles." It is not powerfull but it is not ment to be it ment to be there as a low Powerfull Games console which will be more interactive and fun then the PS3 and Xbox 360.

The Cons about the Wii

The wii have a few cons such as

You have to wait a Very Long time for the Games Console

You have to wait or find the Newest top selling game on the
wii at this time it is wii fit and mario kart wii.Loads of people can't get there hands on a copy.

Nintendo don't shipped enough of the newest game or add-on where it is released.

Improvement i think should go on the wii

I think the wii should have a DVD Player download so you can Play DVDs on the Wii

The BBC I Player should be made in to a Channel called the BBC I player Channel

There should be Downloadable demos for the newest games or free demos which you can pick up at the shop.

A Wii Magazine packed with a DVD Full of demos, Videos like the PS2 Magazine

A hardrive add on i think atleast 10GB will be enough

Overall View

Overall i think it is a great games console and i think the wii will carry on being a Sucess
