Advantages: Completely different from any other console

Disadvantages: Extras are needed to make most of Wii.

Nintendo return to the console market with a brilliant little console, small, sleek and white this console looks really nice. With a nice blue light at the fron upon disc entry it adds a bit of class to this console.
Ok this console lacks on amazing graphics compared to the playstation 3 and the xbox 360 however it makes up for it with its way its played.

Completely different from any other console on the market, the wii uses motion sensors built into the control and a sensor bar place on top of your tv to track every movement of the Wii remote. Wii sports come standard with the console and even if your not a sports fan you will enjoy playing these games. Boxing, golf, baseball and bowling give you a chance to learn how to use the Wii remote properly before you go into better and bigger games.

Create a Mii is simple and you design yourself on how you look so your Mii can play in such games as mario kart, which is amazing ont his console. Clip your Wii control into a wii wheel and steer like an actual car to control your character. Amazing and great fun for the whole family.

Wii Fit has also made this console sell thousands as people aim to track their weight loss in their own home and the Wii and Wii Fit can defanetely aid in weight loss.

For around £180 one of these consoles can be picked up and the whole family can immediately have great fun. The console only comes with one controller so make sure you buy another, best deal for one is £35 with Wii Play.
One nunchuck is also supplied with the console but you may need to pick up a second for around £15.

Ok this console might not have the power or the graphics of the Ps3 and 360 but it makes up for it in ambundance and you will find most gamers will have a Ps3 or 360 alongside their Wii, the Wii being the common factor.

Summary: A must have console for all ages.
