Advantages: DVD's and USB sockets

Disadvantages: THe PS3 is out now

The Play Station 2 is a big upgrade from the PS1.

Look: It is a lot bigger and bulkier, but it's more stylish.

Features: It has two USB sockets at the front for the eye toy or to plug things in to for charging.

Playin Games: the disc loader slide out, unlike the PS1's top loader.

The PS2 has these in it to make it better, it also is able to stand on end for a better fit, for where you want it to play.

The controllers are the same just with a slight better look to them.

When saving games you now use the PS2's 8MB memory card, but to save PS1 games you do need the old PS1 memory card.

One of the main upgrades to it, is the ability to play DVD's aswel as CD's, you can then control the DVD using the normal controller.

The games are generally better and have better graphics to them, but it's not much now the PS3 is out.
