Advantages: Great games, cheap prices, stilla fab console for all the family!!

Disadvantages: graphics aren't wonderful, and not all games are released on PS2!

Yes its not the newest of games consoles, but I love it! I have a pink slimline PS2, which is different looking than the one above as its pink and its thinner and much smaller, but the games and the way its played are exactly the same!
I love the PS2, I like the fact you can play the old playstation games on it aswell even though the graphics arent great!! I had a retro playstation as a kid, and loved it, had loads of games where you "picked things up" like C rash Bandicoot etc and when I got a PS2 I could still use my favourite games which hadnt been brought out on PS2, the other good thing of that is that you can buy old Playstation games off ebay and the likes for a couple of pound, so its perfect for kids really and can be very very cheap!!!
You can also get wireless controllers for the PS2 so you don't even have to sit right up close to the console which is great!!
The graphics aren't wonderful on some games, but the controlls are simple, and they're relatively cheap now that the PS3 has come out!! So its even more perfect :-)

Summary: Even though its not the newest of consoles, its still a great one!!
