Simply the best console ever (Sony Playstation 2)

Advantages: Has a built in dvd player and has a lot of quality games you couldnt get now and is very reliable.

Disadvantages: Is a little outdated now a days(not much)

The playstation 2 even now remains the best games console ever. This could be because modern games consoles havent been around for the length of time the ps2 has and maybe never will last this long. I mean i got my ps2 at least 8 years ago (cant remember exact date i got it) and even today at least 8 years on i can still find time away from all my modern consoles to find time for the amazing ps2. I still find time for it (even though i have more up to date consoles than it) simply because of its legendary status and it got that for a number of reasons. Firstly is the reason i have already mentioned which is the fact that it has lasted on the market for so long and even today is still playable. (By playable i mean it isnt so outdated that you cant play it because its at such a technology disadvantage, ie it is still playable because its graphics are still acceptable even today.) It also has such legendary status because it has games that are just so good and vintage that you could never get now a days. It is also worth the money because it has a dvd player built in as well so having a ps2 means you dont need a dvd player as well. Overall the best games console ever and it is the foundation on which all modern consoles are built upon. It really did change gaming forever for me.
