Advantages: Size, Expansions & Graphics potential, PS1 games & DVD

Disadvantages: Noisy cooling Fan

Although having been out for over a year and maybe looking like it's past it allready, the PS2 is still one of the big three in computer consoles. For polygon count(those who don't know what this means- the higher the better!)it is well beyond the likes of the newly released Game Cube, but now competes with the all hailed X box. It also, although not released yet, is going to have an expansion pack for teh interenet, to make gaming even more fun, and more convenient for the shopping!

For size the PS2 may be a little on the large side, but in comparison to the Xbox it is can be considered the emiba of consoles, but not as small as the Game Cube even if it does have better graphics.

If you've allready played on the PS2 and are considering it but you didn't htink the quality or graphics were that good then heres some news for you. Sony haven't even begun to develop the capability of the PS2, it still has much which has not been uncovered underneath that black casing. And in games, there are still plenty to come which will exploit the marvels of the Ps2 even further!

SO if you considering buying it here are a few smaller details - it has a DVD player, very convenient for those long nights in. It can play music, so combines as an all in one home entertainment system. It can play PS1 games, so you can get teh best of both wolds, and for a cheaper price.

So overall a very fine piece of kit, especially as all your mates with sony's old creation can come over and enjoy their games with better quality.
