Best console ever (Sony Playstation 3 40 GB)

This is the first and only next generation console on the market (xbox360 and wii are just standard consoles with extra features), as it runs on Blu Ray discs and supports true high definition 1080i.

With the Wii the graphics are not exactly top notch and the 360 is costs per month, unlike the PS3

The graphics are second to none as it runs on a cell broadband engine.

It comes with built in wifi, bluetooth controller, six axis controller (which takes some getting used too!)

It has many many downloadable features classic games from the old playstation, movie and game trailers and vidzone (where you can search and watch your favourite music videos)

It is also a dvd player, a blue ray player and a cd player.

The built in cooling fan is a nifty little feature which stops the ps3 overheating, which runs quietly and very efficiently.

I would not be without this console, I have purchased a nintendo wii and xbox360 and sold them within days as in my opinion it just did not measure up to the ps3.

Only thing I would advise is getting the biggest hardrive you can.

Ok - had a comment about games (do excuse me, the other half wrote this review as its his ps3 and I am a mere female and would not get it right lol )

The best games are Uncharted, Buzz and the Singstars. The Tomb Raider for ps3 was good but was far too short in my opinion
