I have all three of the current gen consoles at home, any serious gamer will overlook the wii and be left with the choice between the microsoft xbox 360 or the sony playstation 3. After extensive testing of the two over the years i can tell you that the playstation is superior on all front and what i love best of all, its free online! My 360 has broken twice and needed repair but my playstation is still going strong.
Graphics match that of most top end pc's and this particular model has been finished in very nice chrome and also features four usb slots, a backwards compatiability chip so you can play your playstation 2 games and also a card slot reader which i have found extremely handy for photos. The unit is also a perfect media center, with a blu ray reader and wi-fi features all built in.
For ease of use the supplied controls also have built in batteries and are charged by mini usb so there is no dying batteries in the middle of a game.
My ONLY flaw in this console is the fan noise is considerable and after many hours of play becomes quite annoying.
The easy winner of the current consoles and a no brainer choice.
