	AVG Internet Security 8.0 ... is a very good virus protector for most home computers and for any computers that are not connected to the internet. it allows regular updates which can be done either daily or by a set schedule so that you are constantly protected from new virus s. it also give you an AVG toolbar for your google search engine which checks pages before you view them and warns you if it feels they are unsafe or are known to contain virus s. the main problem with this anti-virus software is that it slows down the computer dramatically during updates and scans. i would recomend only doing updates and scans when you are not using the computer otherwise it can take a long time to complete... 	Avast 4 Home Edition ... are vital for computers. You can take certain steps to protecting your computer, but at the end of the day, nobodys perfect and you will let viruses in. So what do you do? You go and get a antivirus. But if you have to pay for one, there normally 40£ a year for something like Norton. And then your computer starts crashing, and you realise that your £40 has done nothing. Oh dear. So you then look online, and find avast.
