There is no sign of any false alarms and it does not need a pat on the back every so often for the supposedly good work it is doing, like not a few other Internet Security products around. AVG Internet Security 8.0 ... Internet is a wonderful thing that gives you access to a world of information from your personal computer. However like most things, the Internet can be a dangerous place. With hackers, spyware, and viruses at almost every turn putting you at risk from identity fraud, corrupt data, junk emails and worms. Symantec Norton 360 2.0 ... was not impressed with Norton anti virus and was very interested to read the other post on about Norton, as I also had problems when I used it. It came free as part of my package when I brought my last computer although I had used it before. It seemed ok when I was an AOL subscriber but when I moved house and started using cable it was a nightmare it was slow, stalled, completely froze and the only way to unlock it was to keep turning the computer off.
