A very definate plus. I have been taking the suppliment for almost two years and my energy levels and staying power have increased by at least 30 % despite having diabetes. I think this is a neccessary addition for any middle aged persons. Skin texture and condition also has improved. Q10 has been proven to deplete in our own bodies after the age of around 20 and dramatically in middle age.So go get some now.
Well if you don't already know of this wonderful little enzyme, I will try and educate. Every cell in our bodies use this enzyme from vital organs to the smallest muscle group. We get a small amount of it from some foods but the rest is produced in our liver and our levels peak at around 20 yrs of age. From then on, our stocks decline as we age. I can agree totally with what the companies that sell this are saying. It does dramatically increase energy levels, stamina and endurance but, as for a powerfull antioxidant, it isn't enough to fight all the extra free radicals that this particular vitamin produces. That's not to say it is harmful - quite the opposite. But you will have to increase your antioxidant intake to offset the extra free radicals. This Enzyme is about to be proved to be the one of the main reasons behind why our bodies age. So, if you drink a hell of a lot of tea then, that should reduce the free radicals and Q10 will get you doing all the things you didn't think you could still do. Oh, and 30mg single dose will take a lot longer than a 50mg single dose to have the desired affect. I take a course then have a break for a month, this schedule appears to work very well.
A natural source of vitamin-like substance that is essential for the release of energy from all the cells in the body
