Kudos Natural Vitamin E Capsules:
... it comes to taking vitamins and supplements I really do invest time into finding things to help me with my day to day life. I make no secret of having bad health and that I have an eating disorder with which I wrestle with on a regular basis, that I suffer with a diagnosed spine problem as well as kidney stones, ME, migraines and a potassium deficiency and that s not even half my issues I m listing here lol! Seven Seas Vitamin and Mineral Tonic ... day one I was born I ve never been what you would call a well person and in fact at 35 years old sometimes I feel 85 without no exaggeration lol! I was born with a deformed bladder which means I get kidney problems such as kidney stones and eventually I will need dialysis. Add to that I have an ongoing condition with my spine that s agony and I have to have injections into it every 3 months to be a little more comfortable and I have an eating disorder to boot. That s only my 3 main issues I could be here all day! However you get some people and all they do is moan and although I m listing my issues for the purpose of this review I m not one of them. I m someone who ... Read the full review: Just the tonic! by xxfoxyredxx |

Body Fortress Whey Protein ... have been using Body Fortress Whey protein for close to 4 years primarily as a protein supplement to aid recovery and build muscle after workouts. I am keen athlete but have no intentions of becoming a bodybuilder and look to have muscles which work well as oppose to look good. Body Fortress Whey protein is sold through networks of Holland and Barrett at rrp of £24.99 for a 908g tub. This will provide the user approximately 32 servings at cost of 78p per serving. However the great thing with BF is that it seems to be on special offer at least 8-10 times throughout the year usually with savings of minimum of 33%. This makes BF one of the cheapest whey s on the market a... Read the full review: Whey to go by stellios |

Tesco Effervescent Vitamin C ... is fast approaching, bringing with it the usual flurry of cold and flu germs. Unless you are planning to go a bit Howard Hughes and severe all contact with the outside world, now is probably a good time to stock up on immune system boosting vitamin C. This is especially true if, like me, you are cooped up in an office all day, breathing everyone else s germs. When I arrived at work this morning I noticed that quite a few of my colleagues were looking a bit snotty, red eyed and bunged up (how attractive!). So in an attempt to ward off the inevitable hoards of germs that will be flinging themselves at me today, I popped over to Tesco s and picked up a tube of effe...
