As a general rule of thumb regarding whey protein supplements, you do get what you pay for and the more estabished names such as Maximuscle and USN are worth there price tags. However if money is an issue (as it inevitable always isin the real world) then, Myprotein Impact Whey Protein, is a good option. I buy it unflavoured,in big 10lb tubs, at around £30 each. The taste is fine (palatable),it mixes well and is easy on the stomach, gives good results, and the value for money is excellent. I have not used anything nearly as good for the price! 	Body Fortress Whey Protein ... is the first whey protein powder i ever tried, and it did nt disappoint. If your looking to put on lean muscle, then this will help you do the job, but remember, there are better products on the market, So spend your money wisely. The Chocolate,strawberry, and vanilla, all taste great, but stay away from the banana! Evil stuff!. Best to wait so you can purchase this product during one of the many 2 for 1, or half price deals that Holland and Barrett seem to regularly offer. This way its worth its money. 	Bassett's Soft and Chewy Early Health ... waiting in the queue at the chemist my children saw these vitamins and decided thye should really start taking them on a daily basis. The fact that they are soft, chewy, fruity, tasty, delicous and resemble a sweetie had nothing to do with it of course. They wanted to improve their health and I, as their mum, could not refuse. Each box contains 30 vitamins - one a day - and are for children aged 3 and above. They come in a variety of flavours but my daughter prfers these strawberry flavoured ones. They are foil sealed to keep them fresh and prevent them from getting sticky, and when you pop them out of the sealed packet they really do resemble a chewy sweet. Dark ...
