When it comes to vitamins and mineral supplements I have no problems in taking them and regulary try things to help me out health wise. I got these because my dentist advised me to try them as I am losing the enamel off my teeth and they really are as not as strong as they should be because I have an eating disorder and have done for a few years now. The Packaging: The packaging of these is very simple indeed.
