Since Harry has been at creche, he seems to be picking up everything going from colds and sniffles to full on chest infections. He never used to be a sickly child so I know its the effect of being around lots of other children doing this to him. I understand thats it good for him to get these things to build up immunity to various bugs, but on the other hand, I was looking to do something to build up his defences a little bit more and prepare his little body for further onslaught. I had a little look online and in the end settled on these multi vitamins from Bassetts. Bassetts produce a range of soft and chewy vitamins from young toddlers such as Harry, ... My daughter always seems to be getting a cough or a cold so when I saw these Bassett's Soft and Chewy Early Health Vitamins on offer in Boots on 3 for 2 with other multivitamins, I thought I would give them a try (or my daughter would give them a try!). I was apprehensive at first as I'm always hearing mixed reviews on giving your child vitamins, but I thought we could try them out and see how it went. While waiting in the queue at the chemist my children saw these vitamins and decided thye should really start taking them on a daily basis. The fact that they are soft, chewy, fruity, tasty, delicous and resemble a sweetie had nothing to do with it of course. They wanted to improve their health and I, as their mum, could not refuse. Each box contains 30 vitamins - one a day - and are for children aged 3 and above. They come in a variety of flavours but my daughter prfers these strawberry flavoured ones. They are foil sealed to keep them fresh and prevent them from getting sticky, and when you pop them out of the sealed packet they really do resemble ... Read the complete review

I was in boots the chemists the other day browsing and came across the vitamin aisle and remebering how I had them when I was a child. I brought a pack of bassetts soft and chewy early health vitamins in strawberry flavour for my wo children aged 7 and nearly 3. I brought them for £3.29 for 45 pastilles so works out about 7p a day per child. Excellent value for money. The vitamins come in two flavours strawberry and orange. The pastilles contain the rda of vitamin a,b6,c,d and e so if you have a fussy eater at least you know they are getting these important vitamins. I don't find it hard getting my children to take ...
