Advantages: Everything for me!
Disadvantages: None at all in my opinion!
Just recently I have been really really busy with moving, not just flats but from a town to a city miles and miles away. However my health suddenly decided to play up rather badly. It started with a sinus problem that I feel came from my old flat I have moved out of through its damp and then I got struck by a headache I couldn't shift. Add to that I suffer with M.E and multitude of other illnesses as well I felt that I should take some sort of multivitamin and set about finding me some and I found these and decided to give them a whirl and they come from a Poundland store of all places!
These pastilles come in a really nice metallic berry red coloured box with a picture of people on the front of it playing football and riding bikes and so on and we are clearly told that they are Bassetts & Soft & Chewy' Everyday Health' Multivitamins 'With Blueberry' and that they are suitable for all the family over 6 years of age then other information on the rest of the box includes being told a bit about what the pastilles are good for and a nutritional chart is stated as well as the ingredients and allergy advice being listed with warnings and contact details for the manufacturer being clearly given. Inside my box I have 3 white plastic and silver foil trays containing 10 of the pastilles in each and they are easy to pop out of there and on the foil we are clearly told what they are.
Well all you have to do to take one of these is take one of the thick dark round and rubbery feeling pastilles and chew one which takes me about a minute or so to do. They taste a blueberries in a sweet but very natural way and I actually really enjoy them and look forward to one of a morning now!
Not only though are they pleasant tasting they contain lots of vitamins which are vitamins A, C, D3, E, B2 ,B5, B6, B12 and Folic Acid and all quite generously and these vitamins all contribute to giving good wellbeing, bones, muscles and skin, eyes, vitality and are to help boost the immune system. On the back of the box we are clearly told which vitamin is to help with what as well and that information is quite detailed which I really appreciate.
The question is though do I feel better for taking them and the answer is a big fat yes! I can't say if I haven't caught a cough, cold or flu or something because of these because there was no guarantee I was going to catch one whether I was taking these or not of course but I do definitely feel more alert for longer and less tired so on that score these really came up trumps for me.
I am more than happy to take these for the foreseeable even if I do have to pay more like £4.35 for a box of 30 of them (in places like Boots) as I really do think that they work for me!
