I have been using Body Fortress Whey protein for close to 4 years primarily as a protein supplement to aid recovery and build muscle after workouts. I am keen athlete but have no intentions of becoming a bodybuilder and look to have muscles which work well as oppose to look good. Body Fortress Whey protein is sold through networks of ... If your looking to put on lean muscle, then this will help you do the job, but remember, there are better products on the market, So spend your money wisely. Holland & Barrett Body Fortress Whey Protein is similar in taste, texture, and protein content as the standard G&C products...which is no surprise since they are owned by some parent company. The protein content itself is not the highest on the market, but it is a reasonable 76 grams of protein per 100 grams of powder ... Read the complete review

Body Fortress Whey Protein is a pure whey protein supplement, ideal for athletes and those looking to increase muscle size and power. It is also conducive to weight (fat) loss. The whey is in powder form and should be mixed, preferably using a food blender for best results, with milk, juice, yoghurt or water. The whey itself is high in ... Read the complete review

Body Fortress Whey protein is one of the best value protein powders on the market. It seems to be eternally available with some sort of deal at Holland and Barrett's health food shops. As I write it's £12.49 for 908g powder which works out at half its recommended retail price. It's available in a range of flavours: Strawberry, ... Read the complete review
