Many people just asume when the word FAT gets used that it is bad and they should stay clear of it. You will get bad fats which you should avoid but on the other hand there is also good fats which could benefit you. Both Omega 3 and Omega 6 are essentially good fats which can help your body one way or another.
For 60 capsules you will be looking at paying around £5.99 depending on where you shop for them. With these being good for your body £5.99 isn't really the worst amoutn you could pay for such a thing.
The recommended dosage for adults is to take 8 capsules for the first 12weeks. Then after that you can bring it down to between 2-4 to maintain the healthy balance in your body. It is important to follow these guidelines and you should follow them as stated.
Value for money
With 60 capsules costing you £6 roughly it means they won't even last you 8 days before you need to go out and purchase more. Maybe as a result of this they aren't for someone who just wants to try them out. I am sure however that you will be able to purchase these on offer at places like boots. They tend to do 2 for 3 on a lot of items, however I am not 100% sure they do these.
These are used to make sure that your brain is functioning properly and to keep your heart in the best condition possible. By takng these tablets these will definatley improve your well being and will improve how you feel. In the first few days you will tend to feel a lot better than you have previously before taken these. You won't feel any side effects off these aswell which is a good thing.
Overall these are a good product which even though they may be a bit pricey they are a very good product which do exactly what they say they do. I would recommend these to anyone who is serious about keeping their brain and heart in optimum condition because they really do work and you will not be unhappy by them.
What are good fats? Good fats are unsaturated fats commonly found in food like nuts, vegetables and fish. There are two types of fats also known as essential fatty acids and they are Omega3 and Omega 6. Well, that's what I learned when I was looking around for something to keep me healthy.
I am into natural form of health remedy than using medicine to for instant relief. So when my eye sight start going the other way and my joints start creaking and memory seems to be slipping, the alarm bell ring.
After scouting around for the best source of supplement, I came upon the Efamol Efalex brand. Reading further, I was impressed by the research carried out by this company on the subject of Essential Fats.
Efamol was established in 1977 and specialised in fatty acids based products. The range of Efamol products include supplements for the young, for the over 50s, for before, during and after pregnancy for woman, for women going through menopause and even for your pet dogs and cats.

I have been taking Efalex for the past 3 years. The capsules are easy to swallow and it does not have any unpleasant taste. I found that I don't forget things as easily as before and most importantly I don't feel lethargic easily. There are times when I could stay up for hours without feeling too tired and I believe that is the effect of the Omega 3 and 6. The evening primrose oil in the capsule has also helped ease any hormonal imbalances especially at certain times of the month and it's good for my skin too.
