Equazen Eye Q.

I have used this product for my daughter on and off over the years.

First, let me [point out that my daughter used to take 3 spoonfuls of it every morning straight off the spoon and we are not talking tea spoons...hat off to her.

I rate this product highly. Before my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD i tried this product for several years on her and after about 6 weeks yes i definitely did notice an improvement in her concentration.

I went for the liquid rather than the tablet as my daughter was around 3 when i first started using it. I first started by spreading it on top of toast, then one day tried it on her straight off the spoon, and was surprised when she was more that happy to take it that way.

It is quite thick (like a baby oil substance) and it comes in 2 flavours natural and lemon, i started with the original but it does leave a smell on the breath so i changed to citrus flavour. It does take roughly 6 weeks for it to start working and it does cost around £10 a bottle, but places like boots do often have 3 for 2 promotions on this product but still at £10 i found it well worth the money.

Pre-school noticed the difference and i definitely noticed a change in behaviour at home.

My daughter has since been diagnosed with ADHD and been put on medication to treat it but we do go back to EYE Q on top of her medication from time to time.

It's good to take breaks from Eye Q just because you can get used to it.

it consists of omega 5 oils, which are fish oil, great for the brain, this product definitely wont do any harm.

I do recommend it, i have found it useful and a god send over the years.

The price is worth it, and so is the perseverance.

Also available in capsule form.

Nothing to lose by trying it.
