Although it would be difficult for me to quantify any change in my childs brain development or concentration span having taken these chewable supplements, I have read much of the research about Omega-3 and thought it was worth a go. It might have been easier to comment on behavioral changes if there was originally a really obvious problem - and there was not. I've used different flavors including orange and blackcurrant, both of which my child enjoys. First off, this isn't a Haribo sweet as the name seems to suggest! No, it's a chewable do it all vitamin for kids that includes omega 3 and vitamins ACD & E. There are 30 in a pack. I remember vitamins from my own childhood. There were those horrible sour red ones that just made me wretch, or there were kids ones that were really chalky. These days our own kids never need go through such pain. These are little rubbery capsules which burst open to reveal a liquid wash of goodness. There are 30 in a pack, and the pack costs around £3.
