Although it would be difficult for me to quantify any change in my childs brain development or concentration span having taken these chewable supplements, I have read much of the research about Omega-3 and thought it was worth a go. First off, this isn't a Haribo sweet as the name seems to suggest! No, it's a chewable do it all vitamin for kids that includes omega 3 and vitamins ACD & E. There are 30 in a pack. I remember vitamins from my own childhood. There were those horrible sour red ones that just made me wretch, or there were kids ones that were really chalky.
