      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      better than sleeping tablets

      **Why i purchased it**
This product was recommended in a couple of diabetic books i bought plus in a book i had been given about copeing with an under active thyroid. They don't say its for everyone with these problems it would depend on other factors.I then checked with a doctor to see if it was okay to use with the medication i was on . The particular problem i wanted help with was my disruptive sleep pattern.

      **About the product and brand**
The description on amazon says that the product contains specific co-factor B vitamins and zinc
Not advisable if pregnant or taking fenfluramine.
Care should also be taken if being prescribed SSRIs.
      Does not contain valerian.
      Contains carrageenan.
The main thing that this seems to be used for is helping sleeping patterns and depression. The reason i picked this particular brand is because i have used a wide range of their products, thay are affordable and i have never experienced any problem with them.

      **In use**
The product itself is a clear tube with powder. I would say they are of average pill size(100mg ,just under 2cm).The directions say to take 1 a day and i take mine just before bed with toast. If i don't eat with it i tend to feel sick
For me this is a seasonal product i only take in the winter months when im feeling a little bit more down.
For me these work fine with other tablets/medication and i have never suffered from any side effects.
Ive noticed this is also used as a food supplement to aid weight loss, perhaps this is another reason its used for people with an under active thyroid.
      **Where to buy**
This can be purchased from amazon and currently costs £9.64 for the pack of 30.Higher nature also have their own website where these are on offer at £7.50 so its worth looking around(i don't know if they have a delivery charge though)

As an aid to better quality sleep and just lifting my mood i recommend these. Its a much better option than taking proper sleeping tablets. As with anything like this though i do recommend always ask your doctor or healthcare proffesional. Just cause it works for me it might not be for everyone.
