The last time I bought some Vitamin C tablets my Step-Dad said if I'd of said I could have had his as he hates them. So me being me suggested a swap and he agreed so I swapped my cheap Vitamin C tablets for his far more expensive one's and I thought that was a great deal lol. So I got these! I take Vitamin C tablet every day. I am prone to coughs and colds and Vit C is known for helping build and keep a healthy immune system and me...well I simply feel better for taking them because with my well known love of all things junk food I know in my heart of hearts I don't get nowhere near enough fruit and vegetables down my neck!
