I have been using build-up for a number of years now and I can't fault them! They come in 4 great flavours: -Strawberry -Chocolate -Banana - Vanilla The banana flavour is unavaible to buy in shops but you can purchase it from online pharmacy's or amazon! The are often on special offer in boots etc... My favourite flavour is either the chocolate/banana. the banana one is quite sweet. I think the strawberry one is as close as it gets to tasting like strawberry milkshake! The are easy to mix up, just put the 38g dry powder into a glass and add milk and stir well (very well), it can be quite lumpy and so thats why you need to mix it ... Read the complete review

I wont go into too much detail about the reason behind me using this product, but I do think it is important. I had lost a few stone from an illness and weighing 7-8stone as a 6ft 1inch guy is quite unhealthy. I wanted something that would help me put on weight and 'build up' - this product was ideal for that. Build-up comes in a pack of 4 sachets each containing 38grams. I am not a health professional and have often had to seek advice from the team of caring staff that we are lucky enough to have in and around our area. My elderly Mum was hospitalised a couple of times last year and it was at that point we decided that it was far easier for us to go and stay with her temporarily until she was back on her feet.
