      If you are thinking about taking diet pills, chose Hoodia!

      I LOVE Hoodia! I bought a bottle of Hoodia Gordonii from Holland and Barratt for £40, which seems a bit steep but I can honestly say it's worth the price!
      You get 120 pills in the bottle and are advised to take 1 or 2 pills 3 times a day. They seem to be most effective when taken about an hour before a meal. I usually take 1 half an hour before breakfast, 1 an hour before lunch and either 1 or 2 an hour before dinner. I used to be able to eat a full meal and still feel hungry and want to snack later but when taking these pills I can only finish about half the meal most of the time! It also seems to cut my cravings, I used to crave chocolate and just junk food in general late at night but now I hardly ever get cravings, and when I do I only eat a tiny snack such as an apple.
      The pills themselves look (and smell) pretty discusting which isn't suprising seeing as they come from a type of cactus, but the taste doesn't last too long. I take mine with diet coke rather than water because it hides the taste a little bit!
      Whilst researching diet pills I noticed that quite a lot seemed to have side effects, but I can honestly say I have had absolutly no side effects since taking Hoodia. Apart from loss of appetite (haha).
      I have currently been taking Hoodia for just under a month, and have so far lost 13 pounds which is pretty amazing! I've been exercising more too but I am certain it's the hoodia thats made the most difference. My current bottle of Hoodia will run out soon and I am definately getting another.
      If you want to lose some weight or cut down on how much you eat I definately would reccomend Hoodia Gordonii.

        Good SUPPLEMENT for weight loss as part of a healthy lifestyle.

        I had been thinking about getting some Hoodia for a while, pretty much since hearing how well it supposedly worked for the likes of Nicole Ritchie! The only thing that put me off was the price, and reports that a lot of hoodia on the market is fake.

        Although £40 sounds steep for a supplement, at 90 tablets, taking the recommended 3-6 a day, works out at between £1.33 and £2.67 a day (44.4444444p a tablet). Basically the price of a coffee! I decided to risk it.

        I can honestly say it worked pretty much right away, I took my first tablet in the evening about half an hour before dinner. I managed only about 2/3 of what I would usually eat and felt completely satisfied. As I don't really have much weight to lose, I have been using hoodia to stop myself from snacking, and to try to have smaller portions of my regular meals. I have been taking a maximum of 3 tablets a day. Hoodia has definitely had an effect on my appetite. It's not a wonder drug, it wont just make you thin, but if you eat generally healthy foods and want to cut down on portion size and snacking between meals, it is an excellent tool.

        Personally I have had no side effects from taking Hoodia. A friend who tried it said it made her shakey but I hear this is unusual. If you are thinkig of trying Hoodia, it's worth bearing in mind that studies into it's effects are very limited. It's long term effects are not really known.

        Do not take hoodia if you are pregnant! Consult your doctor before use. (I have to say that)
