They are packaged in 3 blister pack strips each one containing 10 individually wrapped tablets. To remove I just have to press into the foil of the blister pack and pull one out. Sainsburys complete My nails tend to chip and crack in the winter months, so I decided this year to try out a supplement to see if I could improve their condition. WHAT IS IT? The product promises to help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. To achieve this the tablets contain a number of vitamins, minerals and natural extracts, including: Vitamin C to help maintain skin's suppleness; Vitamin E to maintain healthy skin; Natural Beta Carotene.
