A long time ago I started researching into taking a supplement of Evening Primrose Oil. I was about to hit 30 and after researching into it I did feel it would be beneficial to me so I have now taken it every day for about 6 years! I take it always and no matter what (apart from having a brief break which I will come on to later lol!) Why Did I Start Taking It? Well like I said I researched into taking different supplements before just simply taking them.
